Shipping

  • Most Props will ship within 1-3 business days.
  • During the holiday season please pre-order your prop 1-2 weeks before the expected delivery date.
  • We ship our products worldwide with UPS shipping. Shipping is free worldwide. 

Order Processing Policy

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days providing the product is in stock or made on-demand. Delays may also occur if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. For specific information, check the product page. 
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
  • Once your order has been picked up by the courier you will receive a notification of your tracking number, providing you supplied us with your email address.  Check your spam folder if you feel you should have received it sooner.

Refund Policy

  • Since every product is made on demand, a full refund is not possible, if the order is not canceled within 24h, as the raw materials and human hours have been used, to start the manufacturing process. Every refund request is processed within 20 business days. 
  • Destiny Guns thoroughly inspects all items before shipment. Do not discard the box or any packaging materials. Most claims must be filed with the carrier within 3 business days of receipt of delivery if the package was lost or deformed. Although we take special care to ensure the safe arrival of your products, our responsibility for damage ends when the carrier accepts the shipment.

Return Policy

  • We want you to be happy with your purchase! We understand that there are risks and uncertainties involved in online shopping, so we will gladly accept refunds or exchanges on all of our products.
  • To return your product, you should mail your product to us.
  • As a worldwide standard, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Shipping costs are refundable only if we made a mistake or there is a defect with the product. Otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Received a broken or non-working item. 

Broken: Please inspect your order upon arrival. In case you see a damaged box or product, take photos and contact support immediately. Destiny Gungs thoroughly inspects all items before shipment. Do not discard the box or any packaging materials. Most claims must be filed with the carrier within 3 business days of delivery if the package was lost or deformed. Although we take special care to ensure the safe arrival of your products, our responsibility for damage ends when the carrier accepts the shipment. In case you chose insured shipping, we will refund you within 3 business days. 

 

Not working: If the product is not working or you notice that something is not working as it should be, please contact support immediately and we will happily help.
