Star Wars Blaster Rifle & Carbine Replicas – Troopers, Bounty Hunters & the Long Guns of the Galaxy
When a sidearm is not enough, you bring a rifle. This collection gathers our full-scale, two-handed Star Wars-inspired blaster replicas — the long guns carried by stormtroopers, Death Troopers, Mandalorians, and the galaxy’s working mercenaries. Every rifle is 3D printed in rugged PLA, hand-assembled and painted, and scaled 1:1 so it looks right slung over armor or mounted above the workbench.
Imperial issue
The E-11 blaster rifle — the stormtrooper standard — is the backbone of any Imperial build and our best-selling long gun. Its elite sibling, the E-11D Death Trooper carbine, adds the tactical profile seen in Rogue One, and the F-11D brings the First Order’s version for sequel-era troopers.
Bounty hunters and Mandalorians
The EE-3 carbine — Boba Fett’s rifle — is the piece most requested by Mandalorian cosplayers, and pairs naturally with a Westar or Mandalorian sidearm for a complete kit. The Westar Carbine covers Clone Wars-era Mandalore, while Rebel builds lean on the DH-17 carried by fleet troopers at the opening of A New Hope.
What to know before you buy
- Real size — rifles run two to three feet long; check each product page for exact dimensions before planning a display.
- Kit or assembled — several rifles come either fully assembled and painted, or as a kit for builders who want the finishing work themselves (kits save real money on larger pieces).
- Convention rules — all pieces are solid, non-firing props; as with any full-size prop rifle, check your convention’s weapons policy on carry and peace-bonding.
- Prices — compact carbines start around $48; detailed full-size rifles run $106–199 depending on size and finish work.
A rifle is the centerpiece of a trooper costume and the anchor of a prop wall. Pick the faction, and we almost certainly print its long gun — 57 designs and counting.
